30 GHD situps

My time was 8:26
The GHD situps made me have a headache.
I did the 35lb bar for the thrusters. (We couldnt remember if it was the bar or not but we did the bar.)

Tough. But good feeling at the end knowing what I got accomplished. :)
My time was 1 hour 5 minutes.

My phone messed up with timing but i know the first round is right and i restarted timing on the 3rd round. But by looking at my times its probably 17 seconds on my 2nd round.

I hated this one. I dont like being so dizzy. I wanted to throw up. I thought before i started this i was thinking oh..ya!..this will be fun! Nope. First round was good. After that i hated it.

My bench presses i did 60 lbs.
SDHP i did 35 lbs.

It was pretty hard. Mental.. like you said :) But i got through it.

My time was 7:55 but i lost cound of how many reps i did so add like another minute or so.
I liked this workout tho.
Saturday June 12th I didnt do anything. I worked that day.

Not to bad. The dips were harder tho so me and Rebekah switched on and off doing 5 dips till we were done with that set.

I did this on Tuesday the 8th.

I started out with 55 pounds and did about 5 then took the weight off and just did the bar then coach mccullah came over and said just do the 35 pound bar and work on form since this was my first time doing this.

My time was 4 minutes.

My time: 11:05

I did the bar (45) all three sets. Worked on form.
I cant do pull ups very well continuously so since i was at the y i did the machine that is called assisted chin ups and pull ups so i doubled the pull ups and did .. 42 .. 30 .. and 18 since it was easier than a regular pull up. My forearms were rock hard and hurt. But i pushed through it anyways.
