Five rounds, each for time of:
20 Pull-ups
30 Push-ups
40 Sit-ups
50 Squats
Round 1- 4:09
Round 2- 3:52
Round 3- 3:40
Round 4- 3:38
Round 5- I didn't do because after 3 minutes rest i was still dizzy and had the pass out feeling.
