"JT"

21-15-9 reps of handstand push ups..dips..and regular push ups.

Not to bad. The dips were harder tho so me and Rebekah switched on and off doing 5 dips till we were done with that set.

  1. Glad to see you do this, the workout is actually called "JT" Did you time it? Remember part of the workout is timing it so you can mesure your progress.
