Three rounds for time of:
10 Muscle-ups
10 Forward rolls
20 One legged squats, alternating
Handstand walk 20 yards

I hated this one. I dont like being so dizzy. I wanted to throw up. I thought before i started this i was thinking oh..ya!..this will be fun! Nope. First round was good. After that i hated it.
