Pull-ups

I did the bar (45) all three sets. Worked on form.
I cant do pull ups very well continuously so since i was at the y i did the machine that is called assisted chin ups and pull ups so i doubled the pull ups and did .. 42 .. 30 .. and 18 since it was easier than a regular pull up. My forearms were rock hard and hurt. But i pushed through it anyways.
